Inaka Soba

(1) I was at Cold Storage when i saw this packet of Inaka Soba @ $1.65, was craving for it, so bought a packet back.

(2) The back of the packaging

(3) As i have a small can of button mushroom, cooked it with the button mushroom, and whatever i had in the fridge, crabstick, shredded carrot, and egg.  I did not buy any Soba sauce to go with it as i don't cook often, will be a waste to buy it and left it in the shelve.

  1. No need to buy any special sauces.. We only have 1 bottle of sauce in the fridge - oyster sauce.. And soya sauce and sesame oil, of course.. Any noodles, just put in veggies, fish balls/fish cakes, minced meat, and oyster sauce, kautim liao, nice already :)

  2. Soba...ramen...udon.

I tried ramen, and they have udon too...made in Malaysia but no soba. Ok, more expensive than other noodles available so I don't think I'd go for those again.

    1. Find the udon sold in packet in the supermarket, cheaper than the soba that i brought...

  3. wah really a lot of "liao" for your soba.. I have a small bottle of Japanese soy sauce, I'll just mix some with water and that becomes the "soup" for my soba, udon and lately I tried it with my cold kishimen.. okay also though not as good as those I had in Japan :)
