Mid-Autumn Festival 2015

A visit to Chinatown for the Mid-Autumn Festival 2015.  Went in the afternoon, if not, at night, will be crowded.

(5) Although there's road closure, i can't get near to take picture as there's barricades stopping me from walking toward to take pictures.

(10) Wanted to take picture of the decorations, but there's a van and a lorry there, not sure what time they will leave, so agar agar take the picture.

  3. I prefer the traditional Chinese lanterns. No, thanks - the Nemo ones. Here, I saw Frozen even!!! No connection whatsoever to the Mooncake Festival - just want to attract the kids...and the poor parents would have no choice but to buy.

  4. The lanterns look nice and cute.. But I'm wondering, no cute lanterns for kids? Here, I see a lot of hello Kitty, Doraemon and Frozen lanterns, but very costly, about RM39.90 for one, so I didn't buy for the boys..

  7. It is hot to go in afternoon but like you said, it would be too crowded in evening.

    There is one that not too far from my place. Maybe will check it out tomorrow evening.

  9. The mood and scene in Singapore is so vibrant and happy for Mid Autumn festival. I thought it was China but surprised it is Singapore. Over here....nothing sadly!
