How come the claypot rice so white one? Coz usually I eat one is has the sauce color, maybe it needs goreng gorend first ya?

I love claypot chicken rice, especially if they give me chicken breast and then with lots of Chinese sausage and minus the spring onions hehe!!
Didn't know they got put spring onions, if not, will ask them to minus the spring onions, hehe...

How come your claypot rice is so white one? I always see dark ones with soya sauce in KL. I love them to be burnt a little for added fragrance smell.
