I came across this Black Silken Tofu in the supermarket, so bought a box to try it out.
This is how the Black Silken Tofu look like
Use whatever i had in the fridge, which is portobell mushroom and sausage to steam with Black Silken Tofu.
After steaming
Looks good to me, I would love to try some lo!!!
ReplyDeleteI've never tasted nor bought black silken tofu before.. Normally just the white normal ones.. I always use it to cook minced meat tofu.. Nice..

ReplyDeleteawww, smooth tofu is best eaten steamed and with some soy sauce.. but I don't mind it to go with some mushrooms too..
and this time you have black bean tofu with portobello mushrooms!! that's something special.. :)
