Ebi Fry (Fried Shrimp)

Prawns has been one of my favourite foods, when i saw the Ebi Fry (Fried Shrimp) from Mui Mui blog, how can i give it a miss.

Saw prawns at market at S$15/kg, ask the seller whether do they sell a bit as i do not need a kg, he sold me some at $4.

  1. That looks good! All prawn, and big ones at that! Fritters at the shops these days - all batter, not much prawn inside.
