This 鳕鱼香酥脆 from Bernice's Kitchen is when before Chinese New Year, Sonia organise an event that i got to know it. Have wanted to try it but didn't try it out till now.
looks good and kind of special, because there is a piece of seaweed sandwiched in between?? must be very fragrant and crunchy.. once pop cannot stop~~ :D
I pop over to Bernice's blog but hers looks different - just one piece of seaweed on top of the "fish fillet" - not sandwich in between. Actually what exactly is the "fish fillet"? Do you buy it raw ready to be fried? Or is it actually fish meat sliced from fresh fish?
