I was craving for abacus seeds and that those selling outside is not cheap and also not all places sell this. So i thought i will make myself, but the one i make, appearance not that nice, hahaha.... I forgot to buy cloud ear mushroom, so didn't add that.

I like to eat abacus beads as my mother used to make them and I like the chewy texture and yam taste. Didn't know that they could be made with sweet potatoes because those that I have eaten so far are made with yam. The looks do not matter as I am sure yours taste great as home-made abacus beads have the authentic yam taste as they use more yam than tapioca flour.
