River Ang Bao (12th Feb 2013)

There's this yearly event River Hongbao which is going on every year during Chinese New Year period. Have wanted to go to this event but during CNY period, it has been raining and raining, on the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year, while visiting my uncle house, it's started to rain, i was thinking, oh my gosh, can't go liao since it's raining, but luckily the rain stops and went there in the late afternoon.
