蛋黄虾

The other time, i cooked 蛋黄鸡, then 蛋黄 Sotong, this round is 蛋黄虾. At first i wanted to cook with the shell on, but when i went to the bookstore and browse through a cookery book, i happen to see this 蛋黄虾 recipe and it is without the shell, i roughly roughly try to remember the recipe a bit and then go back to recall the recipe and cook it.
