When i saw in Sonia blog her Mee Hoon Kueh, this is one of the dish that i quite like, but normally i eat from outside, so i thought i give it a try. This is my first time attempting to do it. Should be mine first and last time trying it out as i find that eating out is easlier for me.

不是,我是说突然想念起新加坡的秋连板面,也挺好吃的,以前很喜欢Bedok那里的,Admiralty的ok,不过还是Bedok的好吃点~

For the dough , 搓到面团不沾手分成小面团方便煮食。蓋上半干湿布搁置30分钟。
After 30 mins 醒面, easy for you to tear .
