Fried Udon

Saw from Anncoo blog her Fried Udon and it's so tempting that i wanted to try it out. So last sun, 心血来潮,before going to my 姑姑 house, cook it for my lunch cum breakfast. Added prawns, sausages and white crab mushroom.

  4. If I eat udon at home, usually I cook without soup and mix with Japanese seasonings - also very nice. I will try this fried udon sometime.

    I would prefer fried Udon after my first try that day, it taste better than the soup one..^_^
