Jalan Pelikat Park Connector

There's a Park Connector in Upper Serangoon area which I have not tried walking before as it's quite a distance away from my place.  Since I was in the vicinity after visiting All Saints Memorial Chapel, decided not to waste the trip and took a walk there.


(1) Only know that the starting point, have to turn in from Kg Sireh, have to find it.


(2) Found it


(3) Temple on the right side, but didn't managed to visit the temple to have a look.

(16) Private Estate's, heard thunder's while walking, was hoping it will not rain till finish walking.

(18) There's two path here, on the right, for pedestrians, on the left, for cyclists.


(19) Promenade, was curious about the place, went to have a look, the place was quite quiet, only a few shops.

Phew, lucky it didn't rain during the walk, after the walk, it started to rain.

  2. You are ao adventurous, venture in unknown path by yourself. I would usually get someone to go with me at first then when I am familiar, I will go by myself. ^^

  4. Ooooo...the mint so big and fertile. Mine, gone case already - paid so much for a pot, so hard to keep it alive, much less grow big and nice. :(

  5. The buildings are very interesting to me as the architecture designs are very different and nice in Singapore.

    1. That plant doesn't look like mint plant to me. I forgot its name but it is edible.

    3. It looks like oregano to me. I use it to boil and drink for my cough. Used it in pasta and roasted chicken too.

  9. I like the pink flowers you found on your walk. The 2nd plant is Chinese Lemon Leaves or Cuban Oregano, good for cough and throat. Some nice private residential houses and nice church building. Good thing it didn't rain before you finish your walk.
