Fassler

The second Food Factory Outlet that i visited in Woodlands Terrace is Fassler.


(1) The outside of the Factory


(2) This is just a part of the items that they are selling


(3) Jacket are provided for customers to wear inside the cold room, but i didn't wear as the weather outside is already so hot and i was quite warm.


(4) Door that lead to the cold room where there are more items


(5) Once inside, you will see items being sold packed in boxes


(6) Some of the items that is being sold


(7) Soup, which i saw from the instructions, just microwave and then it is ready to serve.


(8) Salmon Filet


(9) Can recall what's the name, lobster if i didn't remember wrongly


(10) Was tempted to buy certain items, but since i don't cook often, only bought saba, if not, the more i buy, it will only stays in the freeze for a long long time.

  4. Now looking at these photos again, they remind me of the seafood markets in Korea and Japan. We don;t have such neat and sophisticated market here.

  7. I prefer buying fresh food at such places - all frozen. At the wet market, they may defrost and freeze again and do it day after day until somebody buys - no good for fish and seafood especially.
