Mee Sua

The other time, after eating the mee sua at Ching's house, i loves it, Ching mention if she goes back to her hometown at Sitiawan, she will get me the mee sua.  Thanks to Ching for the mee sua.

Use 2 of it

Got some ikan bilis and used it to cook the soup base

Bought $2 minced meat, mixed with shredded carrot and season with pepper, sesame oil, hua tiao chiew, made it into meatball.

This is my mee sua, with broccoli, hard boiled egg and meatball
