南瓜喜板


Saw in facebook a lady post about 南瓜喜板 , i was tempted to do it and ask her for the recipe.  She was so nice , she pm me the recipe and also her handphone number and ask me to call her if i am not sure of it.  I use half of the recipe to try it out.  As the dough is quite sticky, i didn't manage to weight it and make about each 45g ~  50g, so mine is not balance, have big and small.

Recipe of the 南瓜喜板 she gave me :

  • 除了油,全部材料混合揉成团,才加入油揉均匀。
  • 分割,一粒45到5Og。
  • 手抹点油把面团搓圆放在香蕉叶上,待发酵3O分。
  • 大火蒸12分钟,关火,盖打开小缝,3分钟。
