Stuffed Tofu Pok with Chicken & Water Chestnut


Saw this Stuffed Tofu Pok with Chicken & Water Chestnut in Pete's blog, was tempted by it, so i decided to try it out. At first i thought of using oven instead of frying, but don't know whether can it be done, so in the end, fry it. Thanks to Pete's for sharing the recipe.
