As 21th Sept is a Public Holiday due to Hari Raya Puasa, friend wanted to bring her mother out for a walk, at first we were thinking of going to Hort Park, but friend was worried about slope as her mother is sitting in wheelchair, so in the end, we went to Changi Airport for a walk.

Honey Sesame Chicken

Saw from My Kitchen Snippets Honey Sesame Chicken, looks good, so i thought i give it a try.

Mooncake

Doing mooncake with recipe from Baking Mum, use Hong Kong flour instead of Plain Flour as state in the recipe. Use 1 1/2 times of the ingredients and make 8 big one and 4 piglets. Saw that Anncoo mooncakes is so nice, really makes me 小巫见大巫。
